- Term 1 : 3rd Feb to 6th April
- Term 2 : 21st April to 29th June
- Term 3 : 21st July to 21st September

There is one class per week during the term.
In general, each term will consist of 09 weeks. In certain cases, a term may extend to 10 weeks, with the 10th week offered as a complimentary bonus.
For Year 8 and Year 9 selective entry students, Term 2 concludes upon the completion of the selective entry exam. Classes will cease immediately and will not resume until the official end of Term 2 for other grades. These classes conclude approximately two weeks earlier than the standard term, Melbourne Tutorials provides additional online mock tests to support exam preparation. Consequently, the full-term fee remains applicable. Since Term 2 for Year 8 and Year 9 selective entry students ends earlier than the regular term, no compensation classes, refunds, or credit adjustments will be provided.
Public Holidays Falling During The Term
There Are No Make Up Classes For Any Missed Class (Due To Any Reason)
If a Student Misses Any Class Due To Any Reason
- There are no makeup/ compensate or additional classes.
- The teachers will try to cover the gap (due to the missed concept) in the very next class i.e. when the student resumes, as far as practicable. This will ensure a streamlined learning pathway.
In Case Of Absence
- Melbourne Tutorials shall provide the homework (in hard copy) to parents when requested.
- Melbourne Tutorials shall assess the homework as per the policy.
