The program is designed for capable and motivated students who are ready to work at an advanced level.

  1. Program Duration

The full program duration is 18 weeks across two terms.

Class schedules, days and times may vary depending on the centre and availability.

  1. Entrance Test Requirement

All students are required to sit an entrance test before being considered for the program.

The entrance test is used to assess the student’s academic readiness and suitability for the intensive and accelerated nature of the program.

Booking an entrance test does not guarantee selection or enrolment into the program.

  1. Entrance Test Fee

The entrance test fee is $30.

For students who are selected and proceed with enrolment into the program, the $30 entrance test fee will be adjusted against the total program fee.

The entrance test fee is otherwise non-refundable.

  1. Selection Process and Test Materials

Entry into the program is selective and will be based on the student’s entrance test performance, academic readiness, suitability for the program and availability at the relevant Melbourne Tutorials centre.

Melbourne Tutorials reserves the right to determine the selection benchmark, assessment criteria and final placement at its sole discretion. Completing the entrance test or achieving a particular score does not guarantee entry into the program.

The selection test is conducted solely to assess whether a student has met the minimum benchmark required for program entry. Detailed results, question papers, answer sheets, marking guides or any other test materials will not be shared with parents or guardians under any circumstances.

All selection test materials and results are used internally by Melbourne Tutorials for assessment, benchmarking and placement purposes only and will not be disclosed or distributed to parents, guardians or any external party.

  1. Program Fee

The total fee for the full 18-week program is $2,400.

For selected students who enrol in the program, the $30 entrance test fee will be adjusted against the total program fee.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule advised by Melbourne Tutorials.
