Terms and Conditions:

This is an Expression of Interest form only and it is NOT an Admission Form. Filling this form does not give automatic rights to admission at Melbourne Tutorials.
Once Melbourne Tutorials receives this Expression of Interest Form, the child’s name shall be added to the waitlist.

If a place is available:

Email communication shall be sent with the admission offer.

If place is not available:

The child’s name shall continue to be on the waitlist.
The child’s name shall remain on the waitlist for 2 terms (including the current term) after which a fresh EOI needs to be submitted.
